Individual therapy/emdr

Trauma doesn’t always result from a single terrible event, such as an accident or assault. Sometimes, it results from not being allowed to develop into the unique person that you are. No matter your background, an emotionally attuned therapeutic relationship can be healing. Learning how to work with your nervous system addresses symptoms of anxiety. This can include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful tool which uses bilateral stimulation to reprocess disturbing memories, making them less poignant.

Couples therapy/eft

Intimacy is paramount to overall health and wellbeing. However, unresolved past hurts can impact your relationship without you even realizing it. Couples therapy provides a safe space to reconnect with your partner. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) uses attachment science to understand patterns in interpersonal conflicts. It provides robust strategies for communicating emotional needs, rebuilding love and trust.
